We place production workers (m/f/d) and forklift drivers (m/f/d) with our clients across sectors, for example automotive and vehicle construction, food and textile production, the electrical, metal and plastics industries, and mechanical engineering.

Our employees take on the full range of work in manufacturing products, loading and operating machines, and moving goods inside the plant. Alongside physical fitness they bring manual skill and technical understanding, or prior knowledge. There is no specific apprenticeship for a production helper. Each plant has its own requirements, depending on the sector and the product. Quality assurance, including stock and defect checks, and monitoring production processes are also part of the role. Together with you we select the right employee or the team that fits the work.
