Collective agreement
Fair terms for temporary agency work – transparency through a collective agreement.
The BAP/DGB collective agreement applies in our company. It stands for good, modern temporary agency work and represents its members' interests towards the public, business and politics.
The Bundesarbeitgeberverband der Personaldienstleister (BAP) is the most influential collective agreement in the sector: it has the recognition of all the major trade unions, and the rules set out in it give companies certainty.
By applying it we commit to high standards and fair pay in temporary agency work. Our employees benefit, and in the end so does your company.

- Temporary agency work is an important economic factor for bridging staffing gaps – including over a longer period
- Quality standards are written down
- Terms on pay, holiday entitlement and so on are clearly regulated and help reduce turnover, because well-inducted staff can be called on again and work processes can be run economically …
- The statutory assignment period is clearly regulated (§ 1 (1b) AÜG: a maximum of 18 months) – that gives clients and employees certainty for planning
The association offers member firms outstanding service and real added value: information from all sectors, legal advice, further-training offers and a network of members. We want to contribute to temporary agency work standing, legally and humanly, on a serious and solid footing equal to direct permanent employment.
